Q: Are the prices listed on the website same for customers outside Mumbai?
A: The prices listed on the website are All India Prices and are
Inclusive of all Taxes for
all the Buyers any where in India. There'll be only a bit of shipping
charge that the customer has to bear if he/she is not from Mumbai.
Q: If I visit your office personally and collect the order will there still be a shipping charge ?
A: There won't be any shipping charges then.
Q: How would be the procedure regarding Warranty on the products ?
A: All the products will come with the Manufacturer's Warranty, You can
anytime visit the nearest Service Centre and avail the warranty on the
products , We follow a 3 Day replacement policy on all the products i.e.
if anything goes wrong within the first 3 days of the purchase we will
be replacing the faulty products by the new ones.
