Right now we don’t accept any Credit Card Payments on our Website. After our server has successfully received your order, you will get an order confirmation email. We will Manually Check all orders and change the Status from "Pending" to "Awaiting Payment”. It may happen that the product you Ordered is listed on our site but may not be in our Stock anymore. Therfore wait till your Order Status has been changed to “Awaiting Payment”, after which you may go ahead and Make the Payment for your Order. TheITWares.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. TheITWares.com does not ship internationally. Can I return a product to TheITWares.com? Yes. If the product is defective you may return the product by emailing us at sales@theitwares.com. How many days does it take to for the RMA process? Normally, it takes TheITWares.com not more than 30 working days to complete the RMA process and re-send an item or issue a refund. Do I need to send all the accessories that I received with my returned item? What all should I include with my RMA? All original equipment, cables, components, accessories, manuals, documents in their individual packaging as well as the primary packaging must be returned for TheITWares.com to process the RMA. For RMA packages that are incomplete, TheITWares.com returns the item to you. In almost all cases, all the accessories sent in will be replaced with an identical new set, so please return all accessories with your RMA. Does TheITWares.com have a special return policy for Bundled products? Yes. If case of a refund request, ALL ITEMS OF THE BUNDLE must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
